Burocratic Procedure
A civil pubblication is requested at the marriage office of the district, with the autocertification form, then you can make an appointment for the oath swearing-in-ceremony.
For the oath the best man, or a witness, and a parent must be present in absence of the parent you need an integral copy of your birth certificate, issued from the town hall of the city of birth.The office provides for the pubblication, and after about eight days issues the certificate of such pubblication. This document must be handed over to the state official at the town hall, with whom you fix the wedding's date.


Particular cases

MARRIAGE BETWEEN WIDIWERS
You need the complete copy of the death certificate of consort issued from the court of the town hall, where the death happended. For the widows who have not passed 300 days the dissolution of the marriage, the autorisation of the court is needed.

MARRIAGE BETWEEN ONE OR TWO DIVORCEES
You need the complete copy of the preceding marriage certificate issued from the court where the marriage was celebrated, with the annotation of the annulment sentence. For the divorced women for whom 300 days have not passed from dissolution of the preceding marriage, the authentic copy of the divorce sentence is needed.

MARRIAGE WITH A MINOR OR BETWEEN MINORS
You need the autorization of the juvenile court
